At The VehicleXpert, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. However, due to the nature of our services, we have established the following refund policy:
1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once a vehicle inspection report has been generated and delivered, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same report.
- You never received your report due to a system error (not caused by incorrect vehicle information).
- You contacted us within 24 hours of purchase, and no report was generated.
